We are experiencing some issues with thumbnails generating and difficulties with submitting deviations and prints currently and are working to correct them.
The issues happening now are;
Thumbnails slow to load
Difficulty in submitting new deviations
Difficulty in submitting new prints
Print orders failing due to source files becoming corrupted or not being relayed to the print facility
If you encounter any problems with a prints order please contact us via a request ticket at Prints Help
If you submitted an order and it went through it should be fine, if you feel something may have happened then contact the help desk after waiting for 48 hours to receive your verification email.
Also please note, these issues will not affect billing so there is no need to worry about transaction errors via credit card or paypal. These matters only apply to image files.
This is actually a hardware issue and not a bug. Some of our servers decided to call it a day and thus all their buddies had to pick up the slack which has now got them pretty overworked.
But backup is on the way, and as soon as new hardware arrives straight into the hosting facility it will go and we hope to have this issue resolved soon.
