Well, this is surely a lesser evil- hell, if an evil at all. Remember many sites do this whether we like it or not, and some don't even state it on their TOS (Or if they do, they use rather vague terms and references), so at least regarding this, I'm completely fine. :nod: And I agree with =Charlie-Brown, until it starts to say "When you visit deviantART you lose all your rights and give up all your money to deviantART"... :P

in their policy/user terms -thing. about 4 pages in they stated that all pcitures uploaded to Facebook prett much belonged to them and they could use them as they saw fit or something like that :o

Damn, gonna have to go take my dA stuff off there now i think :( Well, probably no point because they'll never stumble upon my site. I discovered the other day that neopets say that too, and they're a site for kids!
