Bug Issues
We are aware of several fairly critical bugs concerning deviants and we are taking every step to make sure these are resolved as soon as possible. But you can help us get that done by doing a couple simple things for us.
Below will follow the three main issues we have been receiving reports on, so if you are experiencing anything relating to these, please list which ones, and info you can provide or links to specific examples. But please clearly list which one it is so we can sort through the replies easier which leads to us fixing them easier. The more examples and user names we can get on here the more we can go on.
Also, I would like to ask that you use this news article to post the issues to instead of the Help Desk. This makes it easier to find reports of different issues within the help desk.
Gallery Related Bugs
We are aware of a growing number of issues users are facing in relation to various gallery issues. Amongst those are newly submitted artwork not appearing for quite some time, your gallery itself being incomplete and various issues with stored deviations not appearing in your gallery once moved out of storage.
New Account Data/Message Center Issues
This is an issue that appears to be affecting users who have joined after November 1st and the symptoms are when you make a post messages the comment appears blank, comments in your message center leading to blank comments, adding someone to your watch list but they are not showing up in your watched management yet you will still receive notification of new deviations they have submitted. Also, when sending/receiving notes the message body occasionally appears blank.
Favorites Issues
When adding something to your favorites it can take anywhere from a few hours to several days to show up on your favorites list.
Again, if you are experiencing any of these issues let us know here instead of the help desk so we can get these worked out as soon as possible. Your art is the most important thing here, and we don't want you to be inconvenienced one second longer than is needed to fix these problems

my problem is the 1st one, a Gallery bug. i've add a deviation, but there is nothing in my gallery, so there are only 6 deviations instead of 7 !!

i'll be really grateful if you could help me
I uploaded some art into my gallery and scraps two days ago and although visible (if navigated to via my deviantart userpage) they still don't appear when you search for them by typing in "by:mythacis" in the search field or by keyword. This problem has happened to me before but in the past it seemed to fix itself after a day.
No matter how many comments I have on my Message Centre it only indicates 1 (even if more are indicated on the bar) and I can't read that "1" cause there's nothing where the comments should be...

I suspect that that must be difficult to manage service such a large and complete but there the essential functions are missing to me ....That made of the days, that I cannot see any more in full view (very important to judge a photograph), that I cannot make favourites any more and that I cannot make submissions. There I'm waiting but I acknowledge until that arrives more and more often and always after a period of maintenance. By hoping for an improvement quickly. I thank you in advance.
