I Need New Journal Layout

Okay, new Journal time. `junoknight made some awesomeness for me a while back but it's time for a change.

If you don't know how to do CSS no worries, just design something up and ¢mindfuckx will code it up for me!

If you can do the CSS then bonus!

So, that means contest time!

What do I want?

Colors-Gonna keep with the blue/pink/black/white theme so that's your palette.

Functionality-I need a side menu or tabs on the top or something of that sort that I can easily update with current events, news links, journal links etc.
That way I can update those as needed without having to completely write up a new journal.

Need a section for stamps

Imagery, clown images are cool as always, you can base it off the current one in this journal, or even better, the image off my new ID/shirt design.

Aside from that go nuts.
