disconnecting critical interlude The Cleansing It is the first of four in this series, and all will tell a little story when done. It may even have a happy ending. I want to explain a few things though before technical queries are raised. There isn't any light coming from the two red glass lamps on the wall, so no mistakes have been made in the lighting set up. If you wil note they have heart shaped bases, so perhaps it is symbolic? Maybe, maybe not. And yes, some things are out of proportion to one another. this may be 3d work, but it is also meant to be something besides a technical piece. This one and it's predecessor have been two of my favorite works so far, for personal reasons, and because I feel now that I have completely gotten away from self imposed ideas on what you can do with a 3d program in terms of expression. i hope you enjoy it. I said enjoy it dammit!  Comments That is really wonderful. I mean. . .wow. I like it a lot. I'm really no good with expressing my like for things with words so.
 i love it! the emotions come across well. i enjoy it! you are so talented. i think you are the only person on the planet who can express yourself like that using a 3d program.

 Wonderful. So nice to see some 3d work that's not just masturbtory. I love the angle and the colours..very emotional. Nice. I can't wait to hear the story behind this.
...are there suposed to be blue specks on the floor? Yeah, it's crakced tile with some blue in it. Thanks for the use of masturbatory as a compliment!
 If what I say isn't a bit odd, there's really no point in saying it. But keep up the good work, dude.

 This is a bit different from almost all 3d work indeed. Hard to convey emotion with 3d, mehtinks, and you did. I like how the other one is hanging on the wall by it...Neat idea. Textures on the rug look great. I want a clock like that...And if I scroll up and down with my wheel mouse, the wallpaper pattern and perspective makes me feel like I'm falling into the image. nice piece. er.... can i say that if you having come DOF on it, will it be more cool ??
and wanna ask you a question about 3d max. did you add the pic using material method?? thanbks  I like it, it kinda seeping with the symbolism.... he does look loney, I get the twisted Tool video feel from it, expect it to stand up and start floating across the rug...
