Very nicely drawn. It shows alot of pain. Not just because he doesn't have skin, but because of the awkward pose and the hands sort of half-clenched. It makes me think that because he must be in pain all over he doesn't know how to express it.

Really awesome Rich. It shows so much.
There is tons of feelings--pain, anger, maybe sadness...by the no skin....the eyes...the body's position, it's obvious he's in pain.
He's totally ripped too.
I really love how the body goes outside the picture, into the frame.
I would just suggest to make it a slightly thicker frame. On the left side, it looks a bit weird with how his right hand goes all the way through the frame.

Also, I would suggest to use a different color background.
The green and blues are nice...but something cold or inferno-ish / uncomfortable looking would be better. Grey/washed-out blues? Maroon/oranges? Something like that.

jesus thats cool. i dig it the way it is with the cheesy aquarium looking background.... as you said.. it serves its purpose well..the cool bluegreen tones against the warm reds are a painful writhing combination but id also love to see it with different backgrounds, just because the figure itself is so bold that i can see it in a whole array of worlds. wheeeeeee imagination! XD

The cheesy background doesn't do the figure service. Put that bad boy on a stark white and the eye will be drawn right into the center of his torment. The figure is perfect in it's dynamism and it's focused presence, you almost don't want anything distracting from it because it's so arresting.

Nice emotion from the sketch. I like the colors on the figure. The background? Not so much. The boldness works but the blue is a bit too bright/light for my taste.

I like the frame and the way the figure goes outside it. Gives it a feeling of coming forward.

It has a very nice sense of madness to it. I'm not real fond of the cheesy background that serves its purpose, however. Something darker, more painful would fit the mood of the piece. The expression is one of intense pain... the background doesn't really support that. I like the emotion caught in the actual subject though. Well done on that.
